Felons Seafood is the Brisbane-born brewery’s new waterfront restaurant at Manly Wharf, with 300 indoor and outdoor seats overlooking the harbour.
Led by Palawa man and Rockpool alum Luke Bourke, the kitchen delivers a contemporary seafood menu grounded in Australian produce and Bourke’s Indigenous heritage. Highlights include abalone schnitzel sandwiches, lemongrass pipis, and native-infused fish and chips. Bourke developed the menu in collaboration with acclaimed chef Corey Costelloe of 20 Chapel , focusing on simplicity and sustainability.
At the bar, guests can try Felons Super Cold Crisp Lager – touted as the country’s coldest at -2 degrees Celsius – alongside a curated list of Australian wines and bright, coastal cocktails like the Salt & Vinegar Martini.
The breezy space, inspired by the Northern Beaches, features white tones, natural textures, a terrace with sunset views, and a central 360-degree bar.
